Project Manager (Production)

LOCATION: Witney (Oxfordshire)

You need to be a talented project manager, able to deliver a variety of print and digital projects to uncompromising standards and tight deadlines. This role involves understanding client needs, identifying optimum solutions, creating appropriate budgets and schedules and then driving projects to meet (or exceed!) our clients’ expectations. The ability to work under pressure in an efficient and diplomatic manner, as part of a cohesive team, is essential. Production editing skills and an understanding of the print industry are essential and previous agency experience is desirable.

IT Support Technician
DEADLINE: 15th June 2012
LOCATION: Oxfordshire

Providing first-line support to users across three offices and to teleworkers, including installation and configuration of PC systems, troubleshooting of networking issues including VPN connections, maintenance and troubleshooting of peripherals and administration of backup systems. Required: hands on experience with Windows (XP to 7) and Office (2007-10) in a Windows Server environment, understanding of networking practices. Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino, Windows Server (AD, sharing/security, DFS) an advantage. Must have good interpersonal and time-management skills.

Account Co-ordinator
DEADLINE: 15th June 2012
LOCATION: Witney (Oxfordshire) or Knutsford (Cheshire)

Organised, numerate and conscientious individual to work with Account Director and others in supporting key Account Management; applicant must have an understanding of medical communications together with the professionalism and confidence to work with internal and external customers. Agency-side experience in an Account Executive, Account Management or similar role is desirable.
