Feedback from the Manager of Global Strategic Marketing, LifeScan Inc., in response to a series of meetings and discussions with Watermeadow during development of a strategic communications plan for a new diagnostics device.
The communications plan detailed a strategy to reach as many target healthcare providers as possible with key marketing messages, using a variety of communications tools. It made use of emerging data from a key clinical study, in conjunction with device selling points, to address key marketing and sales objectives.
