You only have one chance to prepare for product launch. During this critical phase, focus is on achieving regulatory approval while enhancing the product’s commercial success and clinical relevance. An integrated communications plan is vital to this success, combining an ongoing competitor assessment with your corporate product goals, the evolving supporting dataset, and the attitudes and knowledge of key stakeholder groups.
